At Ashdown Engineering, we stand behind the quality of our bass amplifiers and audio gear, offering a 30-day window for returns on items in their original condition. We aim to ensure your tone is perfect, providing a seamless exchange or refund process for all our customers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack the item in its original Ashdown packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Ashdown

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier to our designated service center, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
