Do Ashdown products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all new Ashdown Engineering products come with a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, provided the product is registered on our website within 30 days of purchase.
What is your return policy for electronic gear?
We offer a 14-day return period for all items purchased directly from our store. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, and must be in 'as-new' condition.
